“Autumn, the year’s last, loveliest smile.” William Cullen Bryant
I love autumn at the end. When summer is just an old memory and a distant dream, when the leaves are all colorful, when the perfect night is with a cup of your favorite tea, a good book, a soft bed and lovely company. If you ever read Anne of Green Gables by L.M. Montgomery than you now what I am talking about: “It was November- the month of crimson sunsets, parting birds, deep, sad hymns of the sea, passionate wind-songs in the pines.”
For this blog post the location was just pure coincidence. One of my friends wanted to do my makeup so we took some pictures behind her apartment building after she was done, coincidence or not the view was nothing if not exquisite, it was the perfect autumn background that I was looking for to add to my second post. Autumn is the season when coats are mostly used as a statement piece than for warmth but this coat actually it is perfect for both. Bold color, long enough to make you look 2m tall and fancy that it creates an amazing outfit every time you wear it. Yellow is my favorite color so when I saw this coat in Zara I knew we were meant to be together.
What you have to do right now? Go and get your own statement coat!
